Absolutely amazing massages! I first visited when a friend booked me in as a surprise for my baby shower, and I had the most incredible pregnancy massage. I loved it so much that I knew I had to come back! I’ve just been postpartum and returned for another massage, and once again, it was absolutely amazing. Jo is also super clean and hygienic, which really adds to the whole experience and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. I also brought my little man along with me, and everything went so smoothly. Jo was incredibly accommodating and made me feel completely comfortable, even allowing me to breastfeed and change his nappy after his feed. From the massage itself to the hospitality, cleanliness and overall experience, everything was a 10/10. I couldn’t recommend Jo enough and will definitely be returning! ❤️

I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo at The Hidden Haven enough! I had a full body massage and came away feeling completely reset, relaxed and like I’d finally switched off from everything. It was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived, Jo was so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel instantly comfortable and honestly felt like someone I’d known for years. Nothing felt awkward or rushed, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The Hidden Haven itself is absolutely lovely. It has such a beautiful, calming, spa like feel, and you can tell Jo has created a space where you can properly unwind. I especially loved that I never felt rushed to get in and out, like you sometimes can in other places. The whole experience felt personal, peaceful and really well thought out. The massage was amazing and I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed and genuinely looked after. I’m already looking forward to booking my next treatment with Jo. I’ve definitely found my new favourite place!

It is an AMAZING exclusive spa experience From the moment we stepped inside The Hidden Haven l felt very welcomed and relaxed The music, the welcome smoothie was so good, everything was so cozy. The treatment was amazing and the facilities we got to use, especially the steam room, hot tub. Jo is so lovely to chat with and warm. We will definitely come back again and recommend to others Thank you Jo! Betty x

Jo creates a beautifully tranquil atmosphere to relax in - I always leave much calmer than when I enter! Greeted with fruit platters and smoothies to start the afternoon with. We're always well looked after by Jo, and I could feel the benefit of the massage for days afterwards. Will definitely be returning for another!

From the minute I contacted Jo re a spa session for my daughter 9th birthday, I just knew it was going to be a wonderful experience. The whole thing was explained in such great details, we had lots of options of treatments and Jo kept me in the loop in the lead up to the party. We were greeted with a warm, kind and smiling Jo. She welcomed us into her spa like we were her family. She let us all take a seat and handed us freshly made smoothies, which were so delicious. We were given robes and slippers and shown where all the facilities were and how to use them. The girls had facials and their nails painted and they had the best time. Us grown ups used the hot tub (best one I've used) and it was actually hot, not just Luke warm. Jo then presented us with an absolute feast. There was so much delicious, great quality food and there was lots of "mmmmming". The spa was spotless and smelt beautiful. It was the little touches for me like the birthday badge, the personalised welcome message on the screen, the nosescco for the girls. Jo really went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday experience super special. Thank you Jo, we will return, 100%
